REFUNDS- RETURNS- REPLACEMENTS
When the product has already been delivered to the Buyer:
- Seller accept returns for the following reasons and conditions:
- Buyer have acquired Defective item (only quality manufacturing defects, after Buyer proving by sending photo/video) - Seller pay for return shipping fee.
- Buyer have purchased an item that doesn´t fit to him in therms of measurements (When item´s measurement is the same with description) - both Buyer and Seller pay (half the amount each) for return shipping fee.
Notice: Seller only make any refund or replacement when he receives from the Buyer real evidence that the product is defective in manufacturing (manufacturing defects quality).
- Seller doesn´t accept returns for the following reasons and conditions:
- Buyer have acquired an item which has slight color difference or have choose a wrong color.
Color difference. (Please note: Due to the light and screen difference (monitor and light effect), the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures (the actual colors of the items might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures). The images of the items shown, may not be the actual item and are for your reference only.
-Buyer have acquired an item and claim that it has different measurement as description (has incorrect measurements/ size or Size doesn´t match the description). (Notice: Size not always match the description. 1-3cm manual measurement difference/deviation it´s possible and inevitable).
- Buyer has already used the item, open the package or it´s not in the same conditions as the buyer received it (properly packaged and packaged in its original condition upon receipt);
- Buyer have acquired an item that doesn´t meet Buyer´s imagination, have acquired a wrong item or costumer have regretted buying the item;
- The item doesn´t works as the buyer idealized;
(So, please make sure that the product you wish to purchase is the correct product to avoid refunds or replacements. If you are not sure which one is the right product or product variant you want, please contact us first to clear up your doubts or uncertainties).
When the product hasn´t already been delivered to the Buyer:
-If the item that Buyer have purchased it´s in Lost Situation or Have Returned Back, Seller resend the item or refund the money to the Buyer.
-If the item that Buyer have purchased it´s On the Way, Buyer must be patient to wait. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Due almost of Seller´s products shipping costs are for FREE and some others have SHIPPING COST plus FREE OF CHARGE, delivery holding can take until 35 days plus some few days of eventual carrier delays.
Seller guarantee item reach to Buyer 40 days since the day Seller process the same item. Otherwise Seller let Buyer free to open a dispute by contacting him and then enter into a fair agreement by both part, finding a best solution agreement between both Buyer and Seller.
At this point, Seller can make a refund after receiving the item.
RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days of receipt of the items, if Buyer wish to make a return of an item.
Buyer have 3 days to contact Seller, 7 days to send/return item back (please make proof of it) and 25 days to make item already returned (in Seller possession), Starting from the date it was received by the Buyer. If the item is in Buyer possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and SELLER WILL NOT ISSUE BUYER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
To be eligible for a return, all returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and in the original condition (must be unused undamaged, closed, with obvious no signs of use and in the same condition that Buyer has received it) with all components and accessories included. Buyer must inform Seller what the defect is, what is the specific reason for the return and MUST PROVIDE to the Seller evidences of it (pictures, videos).
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the Buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and Seller will not give the Buyer a refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
To complete return by Buyer, Seller require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item it´s not received with all these conditions, item will not be returned by the Seller.
Some items are eligible for a Refund and not for a Replacement. Some other items are eligible for a Replacement and not for a Refund. There are some Items that Buyer can choose for himself if he wants a Refund or a Replacement. Please, to clarify if some item is eligible for a Refund, a Replacement or for both occasion, contact Seller for that. It depends on the product.
Attention: Please, Buyer must contact always the Seller before return any item back, to from Seller confirm how Buyer can do and where you can send the item your product to.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards; Offers;
-Downloadable software products;
-Health and personal care items;
-Book with obvious signs of use;
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened;
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
-Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once Buyer´s item return is received and inspected, Seller will send an email to Buyer to notify him that Seller have received his returned item. Seller will also notify Buyer of the approval or rejection of his refund.
If Buyer´s item are approved, then Buyer´s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to his credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale or Regular price items (if applicable)
Buyer Only is Going to be refunded for the price he has payed for the items.
Gifts and Offers are not eligible to be refunded.
Seller don’t guarantee that he will receive Buyer returned item.
Money Back Guarantee:
The money back guarantee only takes effect if the REFUNDS- RETURNS- REPLACEMENTS are eligible and favorable to be applied between the seller and the buyer within the seller policy rules. If the buyer is not eligible to receive a refund from the seller (under the rules set out in this refund policy page), the same buyer is not eligible to the 30-day Money Back Guarantee: The 30 day money back guarantee will have no effect.
BUYER MUST CONTACT IMMEDIATELY SELLER, ALWAYS BEFORE SENDING/ RETURNING ANY PACKING BACK TO SELLER, SO THAT SELLER CAN GIVE BUYER THE CORRECT AND PROPER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. IF BUYER DON´T CONTACT SELLER BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK, BUYER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING COSTS AMOUNT.
