The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:


Processing time:

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The Manufacturer and their Local Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.


Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from The warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–20 business days. In normal occasion, items reach to costumers much earlier, between 7-15 days.

US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Due almost of Seller´s products shipping costs are for FREE and some others have SHIPPING COST plus FREE OF CHARGE, delivery holding can take until 25 days plus some few days of eventual carrier delays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, extreme high demand, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If the item that Buyer have purchased it´s On the Way, Buyer must be patient to wait. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If you have not received your shipment within 45 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!


Seller guarantee item reach to Buyer 45 days since the day Seller process the same item. Otherwise Seller let Buyer free to open a dispute by contacting him and then enter into a fair agreement by both part, finding a best solution agreement between both Buyer and Seller.

Buyer have to have in mind and must understand that Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


If more than 45 days of Shipment time have passed and the item that Buyer have purchased din´t arrived yet or it´s in Lost Situation, Seller resend the item or refund the money to the Buyer. If the item Have Returned Back, at this point, Seller can make a refund after receiving the item.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends, days off, holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season and Festive Seasons. Sstuffy only provide Shipping to addresses as United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Germany.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sstuffy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Sstuffy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend costumers o verify the Packages in the reception act instant, to can immediately complain next to the responsible officers.

At that point, We Recommend you to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to the proper Postal Office Center responsible for the Shipment.
